When stepping on the land of a foreign country, most immigrants are overwhelmed with excitement, happiness, fear, confusion, frustration and tiredness. You might think it is not possible for one person to feel all these emotions at the same time, but this is exactly what the immigration process makes you experience. Everyday immigrants feel lost and confused. Employment turns mostly into surviving another day instead of the joy of the new chapter of their life. The constant fear of misunderstanding someone because of the language and culture barriers and no less important being misunderstood.

Growth Centre was created with a vision of a place where immigrants who come to Canada could engage, collaborate, network and share, all fear-free. We created employment and coaching programs with a mission to support and provide guidance to Canadian immigrants and refugees, increase their personal and professional growth to ultimately overcome employment barriers and become industry leaders.
